For I am persuaded that neither
death nor life, nor messengers nor principalities nor powers, neither
the present nor the future, nor height nor depth, nor any other
creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of Elohim which
is in Messiah יהושע
our Master. (The Scriptures - Rom 8:38-39)
So in recent events ....... , A house that was to be hung and finished with the involvement of Brody of Pro Drywall Contractors, was hung by someone else from Lancaster, PA. After a very strange story that consisted of basically "he just hung it", OK, right!? Supposedly the company hung it before insulation inspection and if the inspector does his job correctly, will FAIL the drywall hanging. THE DRYWALL WAS NOT GLUED AND WAS NOT SCREWED AS IT SHOULD BE, IF IT IS NOT GLUED. Brody walked through the house when it was all hung, every sheet rattled because IT WAS NOT GLUED NOR SCREWED ENOUGH (when no glue is used) and there was NOT ONE GLUE TUBE in the scrap pile!!!!!!! This is why inspections started and exist, hopefully they did their job and failed the house. Otherwise it is no different than before inspections, if you don't find an honest and professional tradesman you will have all kinds of problems later down the road. Unfortunately today, you may have been forced to waste money on inspections and still get a bad job! To ask questions about the location of the house (in Dover, PA) or the Lancaster based drywall company involved please contact Brody at 717-654-5473 or Brody@ProDrywallContractors .
